Florida West Coast Employee Benefits Council
The purpose of the council is to advance the knowledge of our colleagues by exchanging practical application of new legislation, case studies, and compliance for procedures and practices relating to all levels of benefits management.
The committee’s colleagues and presenters are representatives from public and private for-profit and non-profit domestic and global companies. Our focus is on education in relation to current, legislative, administrative and actuarial topics. The council engages benefits legal counsel, CPA professionals and experts from the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor to translate law into practical understanding for our members and their guests.
